Italian Cerignola

Produced in the region of Puglia in southern Italy. They are called Bella (beautiful) Di Cerignola and known to be the largest olive in the world. The flavor is mild, fresh with notes of fruit, and a texture that is super meaty and firm. They might be the perfect crowd-pleasing olive, with their elegant and deeply satisfying umami taste. Pair well with hard aged cheese.
