Fig Bread

This delicious fig "bread" (Pan de Higo) is made in the La Vera region of Extremadura, Spain. Fruit, almonds, honey and natural spices make it dense and full of flavor. A great addition to any boards, it pairs beautifully with, aged sheep and blue cheeses.
