Raison d'être

Guillaume decided to combine his two passions, tasting cheese and bringing people together, to create exciting food events celebrating an authentic savoir-faire.

He believes that being together and sharing thoughts, experiences, and good times are fundamentals values for the well-being of a community. One of the best ways to achieve this is by bringing people together around food and drinks. Sounds just like the definition of l’apéro!
